product, its package, and its contents.
CCW strives to provide accurate information, however; it is the
customer’s responsibility to inquire about any information not
displayed on the website, relating to the product, its contents,

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors
will be corrected where discovered, and CCW reserves the right to
revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or
omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or

your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is cancelled, CCW will issue a credit to your credit card

Since CCW does not specify the products we sell, we do not offer a
refund for items that a customer changes their mind about, or
decides that it's not what they wanted. We simply attempt to offer
the requested product at the lowest price we can to our customers
who are shopping on-line. The customer should be sure of the item
that they want before placing any orders. We have provided as much
product and system information as we can on the website and we are
more than happy to try to answer any questions you have or steer you
in the direction to find them. If a unit is found defective beyond 2
days after delivery date, please contact the manufacturer for
warranty instructions. We can supply the manufacturer information to
you if you’re unable to locate it on your own.
Any customer receiving an item that is defective out of the box should
notify us within 48 hours so we can remedy the problem. We will
contact the manufacturer of the product and remedy the situation as
per their instructions. Customers receiving Items that are damaged
due to shipping should contact the carrier as soon as possible to
evaluate and resolve the situation.
A majority of the items we sell are shipped direct to our customers
from either the manufacturer or a distributor. If they or we are
unable to ship within 3 business days we make every attempt to
notify the customer as soon as we are made aware of any delays or
backorders.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by agreement, CCW hereby expressly
disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer
by CCW in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty,
if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by CCW
until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title
passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being
purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the
federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a
foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported
goods may vary or even be null and void.

Venue and Applicable Law

courts of Franklin County, Ohio, including the federal and small

available to it. The laws of the State of Ohio will also govern the
