it arrived in, notify CCW immediately to arrange for a carrier
inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.

Warrantees
We
honor all manufacturers’ warrantees. Each of the lines we carry is
covered under a separate manufacturer's warranty. The terms and
conditions vary from company to company. You should therefore read the
warranty information which we have displayed on our site and/or on the
manufacturers' websites.
The warrantees are, to the best of our
knowledge, true and accurate copies of the warrantees published by the
manufacturers. We cannot assume responsibility or liability for any
typographical errors. We do not provide any additional warranty for any
product sold other than to assist you in obtaining the benefit of the
manufacturer's warranty.
It
is your responsibility to ensure that all warranty registration included
with any products has been completed and submitted to the manufacturer
as specified by the manufacturer. Not all products have product
registration submission forms or instructions.

Returns
Return Application

Return Policy
NO
returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number.
If
a product does not the specifications as listed by the manufacturer,
complete the RMA instructions listed below with complete details
including details on the specification discrepancies. We will work with
you and the manufacturer to resolve the problem.
We
are not responsible for typographical errors on our site, or for any
erroneous information provided by the manufacturer. Please check with
the manufacturer’s website to ensure the product specifications will
meet your expectations.
DO
NOT rely on product images as they may depict a general picture or
products with optional items which must be ordered separately. If you
have questions, please contact us or check with the manufacturer before
ordering.
Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at CCW's
discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for
return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at
the current CCW selling price less a 20% restocking fee. The customer is
responsible for return shipping costs and shipping damages.
Specific Non-Returnable Items include but are not limited to:
Wire & Cable
Batteries - Used batteries must be disposed of in accordance with local
and state regulations.
Clearance and closeout items are sold as is and cannot be returned or
exchanged for another product. The manufacturer warranty may apply.
Warranty Returns
CCW follows all manufacturer return policies.
If
any product fails to perform according to the manufacturer's
specifications, you may return it for warranty service.
What you must do:
1) Check your product
warranty information and follow the instructions provided. If your
product does not include instructions, then;
2) Download and
complete the RMA request form with all requested information. We
will send you return information, including a shipping to address.
3) Upon receiving RMA
instructions from us or the manufacturer, return the merchandise to
the return address provided within the time frame and manner
specified in the return authorization.
4) You must pay any
return shipping expense. It is your responsibility to insure the
returned goods against loss or damage in shipment.
CCW strongly
recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or
damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of
delivery for your protection.
What we will do:
Upon receipt of the RMA, we will:
1) Determine the
warranty status of your product in our records and with the
manufacturer.
2) Send you
instructions including on the proper return for warranty repairs.
This may include return for credit, return to the manufacturer or
authorized repair for warranty service.
3) We will always do
our best to provide prompt, courteous customer service - during and
after the expiration of the warranty.
